We are looking for an energetic, results-driven team player with extensive experience setting up and maintaining multiple marketing automation campaigns in HubSpot and managing our website assets and deliverables within HubSpot.

Job description
This position is remote, Eastern time zone preferred. Compensation includes medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, generous PTO.

Responsibilities

Support marketing department initiatives with planning, execution, and tracking of campaigns (email/event/social/content marketing)
HubSpot/website management, marketing automation, and analysis
Manage website graphics, videos
Provide reporting for monthly, quarterly, and annual reports
Assist with key metrics to ensure competitiveness
Assist with market research and trends
Assist/create original ideas for assets
Assist with development of templates for campaigns, reporting, presentations, and proposals
Assist with execution of editorial/marketing calendar
Maintain promotional assets library for campaigns — assemble, prepare forecasting/reports plans and objectives, summarize sales and marketing data
Research competitive products — market awareness

Qualifications

HubSpot website management
HubSpot marketing automation campaign
Positivity and can-do attitude
Software experience preferred
Continuous learning – value-added opportunities
Excellent written and verbal communication
Organizational skills – fast-paced environment
Self-starter, independent, organized
Proven experience in digital marketing/database
Proficient MS suite
Proficient Adobe Creative Cloud
Familiar with major search engines/marketing campaign optimization
Graphic design skills/video editing
