All we had to do was purchase the software and several licenses and see how we liked it. We could do the implementation ourselves, at our pace. Overall, xTuple gave us alternatives that no other vendor could.

The iTuple application, which is available for just $4.99 on the Apple iTunes App Store, allows users to easily sync their iPhone or iPod Touch with their company's xTuple ERP database, including the full CRM Address Book of contacts and corporate relationships and personal To-Do items assigned from within the CRM module. Users can easily call or email CRM contacts simply by tapping the live hyperlink on the iTuple record. Addresses in iTuple are also fully integrated with the Google Maps application.
“In today’s mobile workforce, enterprise application providers need to give customers the ability to remotely access their data such as corporate contacts,” said xTuple CEO Ned Lilly. "Paladin Logic is on the forefront of iPhone application development and iTuple combines the power and flexibility of xTuple ERP with the elegance and ease of use for which Apple and the iPhone are known worldwide."
Dr. Will Bralick, president of Paladin Logic stated, "xTuple's flexible, database-driven design makes creating new user interfaces relatively simple. Future releases of iTuple will be guided by the demands of the xTuple and iPhone user communities, and could include additional CRM functionality, sales and financial reporting and other business intelligence, inventory and product activity, really anything that's in the xTuple ERP database."
xTuple ERP is available in the PostBooks, Standard and Manufacturing Editions. All three versions run equally well on Mac, Windows and Linux computers and are fully internationalized with multi-currency, support for multiple tax structures, and multilingual translation packs maintained by the global xTuple open source community. The PostBooks Edition of xTuple ERP is available free of charge under the open source Common Public Attribution License (CPAL). The Standard and Manufacturing Editions are available under xTuple's innovative hybrid license, whereby customers and partners have full access to the application source code, and any enhancements made to the product flow back to xTuple for review, quality testing, and possible incorporation into the baseline product.
