Sales Development Rep

xTuple Marketing Department Seeks Expert Sales Development Specialist

xTuple is on the cutting edge of manufacturing software technology (ERP) — you support our  sales and marketing teams by breaking down barriers and creating new sales opportunities through both outbound and inbound prospecting.

You’ll collaborate closely with account executives (AE) to help create new opportunities. We fill the sales pipeline by qualifying prospects and scheduling discovery and demo meetings that lead to new customers.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect, educate and qualify leads to create MQL, including first demos and needs analysis
  • Align xTuple’s stellar ERP solutions with prospect business objectives/needs
  • Strategize across teams to identify key personas and roles
  • Outbound/inbound calls/emails
  • Build relationships. Listen and learn how we can help prospects by understanding key information from the initial conversation. Maintain clean and accurate data in HubSpot CRM
  • Provide daily and weekly feedback to stakeholders on SQL/MQL quality and processes

 

Qualifications

  • Motivated – Coachable – Enthusiastic – Fun!
  • 3+ years of experience with customer service or sales - prior ERP experience a plus
  • Excellent communication skills — verbal and written
  • Experience with CRM platforms — HubSpot preferred
  • Ability to meet overcome objections and challenges
  • Ability to manage repetitive tasks
  • A passion for helping small to mid-size businesses grow
  • Self-starter
