xTuple Network XTNRemote Server Management Service (XTN)

XTN is xTuple's Remote Server Management Service. We take care of some of the chores of managing your xTuple database – from automatic installation of software upgrades to automated off-site backups – to database tuning and even a full hosting package. Each level of the XTN service also includes a time allowance for xTuple to "clean up" any user-created data problems (it happens to everyone) as well as any necessary "tweaks" to custom reports and scripts from version to version.

These tiers of XTN service are available either on your local server or on an xTuple Cloud database:

XTN Backup Only

  • Off-site backup five (5) nights per week
  • xTuple upgrade services, not included
  • Cost:  $2,000/year or $200/month

XTN Basic

  • All xTuple upgrades applied automatically
  • Two (2) hours of data cleanup included
  • Cost: $3,000/year or $300/month

XTN + Backup

  • All of the features of the Basic package:
    • All xTuple upgrades applied automatically
  • PLUS:
    • Off-site backup five (5) nights per week
    • Upgrade to five (5) hours of data cleanup included
  • Cost: $5,000/year or $500/month

XTN + Tuning (formerly XTN Premium)

  • All of the features of Basic and XTN + Backup packages:
    • All xTuple upgrades applied automatically
    • Off-site backup five (5) nights per week
  • PLUS:
    • Periodic database tuning and optimizing
    • Upgrade to ten (10) hours of data cleanup included
  • Cost: $7,500/year or $750/month

We also offer premium off-site hosting for your server, with full administrative access to the database for you. This differs from the xTuple Cloud offering, which is a simplified, turnkey operation with limited administrative features.

XTN Hosted

  • All the features of XTN + Tuning:
    • All xTuple upgrades applied automatically
    • Off-site backup five (5) nights per week
    • Periodic database tuning and optimizing
    • Ten (10) hours of data cleanup included
  • PLUS:
    • Off-site hosted database
    • Full database administrative access for your technical staff
