Batch Manager (xtbatch)

The xTuple Batch Manager is an application used to automate scheduled jobs and reports in xTuple ERP. 

Batch Manager enables you to perform the following tasks: 

• Email documents 
• Process large jobs and reports 
• Schedule jobs and reports
• Perform system maintenance

When you submit a job to the Batch Manager, you specify a time to for the job to start. Jobs are stored on the database awaiting Batch Manager processing. The queue of jobs waiting to be processed can be viewed through the xTuple ERP application client or the Batch Manager client.
