xTuple Web Portal

If you're running your business with xTuple ERP and CRM, now there's an easy way to work more seamlessly with your customers, suppliers, and anyone else with whom you do business.

Introducing the xTuple Web Portal - a simple, yet powerful tool to build deeper, more lasting business relationships.

Now your customers, suppliers, and partners can interact with you directly on your website.  With the Web Portal Support module, they start the conversation there, and an Incident is created in your internal xTuple CRM module.  From there, you can categorize it, prioritize it, assign it to a staff member or team, create Opportunities, ToDo's, Projects -- even Sales Orders -- from that initial Incident.

As your team works on the issue, the public website is updated with status reports and notes.  The originating customer can even get an email whenever the status is updated.  You (or they) can attach files for illustration purposes, and those files are securely stored in your xTuple database.

The xTuple Web Portal Support module is a great solution for:

  • Internal Helpdesk
  • Partner or Supplier relationships
  • Engaging end-users of your product in new ways

If you'd like to take orders right on your website for your regular business customers, then the B2B Sales module is for you.  Customers can:

  • Search your product catalog
  • See their ordering and billing history
  • Place or modify a standard order
  • Create a new order

The xTuple Web Portal works with any Edition of xTuple ERP.  It is built with the open source Drupal content management system, and you implement and host it yourself, or one of our xTuple Partners can host it for you.  It doesn't matter whether your xTuple database is onsite at your location or hosted elsewhere, as long as there is a secure internet connection available.

The xTuple Web Portal retails for $5,000 for the core package, and any one module (Support, B2B, or Field), and includes three hours of implementation support; additional modules are $2,500 apiece.  The software is comprised of both new Drupal modules, and xTuple xTension Packages.  Annual maintenance is priced the same as other xTuple perpetual license maintenance (currently 10%).  Production support is available for an additional 15%.  Please contact xTuple sales for more information.
