Sales Affiliate

Already have a full plate and can't imagine taking on anything more? We'd still like to be friends. How about a 10% commission for every lead you pass along to xTuple that closes? You can learn just enough about xTuple to be dangerous; no partner fee, no formal training, just the opportunity to earn some extra dollars. If only everything in life were this easy!

Developer Affiliate

Maybe you're a software developer who doesn't want to sell, bundle, or embed xTuple solutions - but you do have your own application that you'd like to interface with our products.  This is comparable to the basic level of a traditional ISV partner program; no commissions, just developer-to-developer support to help you with the integration effort.  And while we'll list your software in our partner solutions directory on the xTuple xChange, we won't sell it directly.

Authorized Consultant

Want to dip your toe in the water before taking the full plunge? The cost to be an Authorized Consultant is the same as the cost of one class of our “xTuple 101” training – but you also get direct helpdesk support, and two licenses of the full commercial products for your own internal use.

AC's are focused on delivering professional services, not selling. Some are open source “purists,” and only work with the free PostBooks Edition of xTuple ERP. Some are independent consultants who don't want to have a sales relationship with any one vendor. Some are, ahem, contractually prevented from selling another ERP product, but not from providing services around it. And some just don't like to sell. If any of these descriptions sound like you, give us a try.

Solution Provider

Ready to start earning commissions? Solution Providers can earn up to 45% on sales of all published xTuple products and services. You get all the benefits of the Authorized Consultant program, three more commercial licenses for your internal use, plus a seat in our “102” class on xTuple data tools, including the OpenRPT report writer (a major source of income for partners, since everyone needs custom reports).

You get higher commissions for customers you bring in yourself, and the commission rates also tick up when you hit a basic annual sales target. And if you hit 150% of that target, the partner fee is waived for the following year.

Development Partner

As the name suggests, the next step up in the program is targeted at partners who want to develop derivative software products. If you want to distribute such a product yourself – for example, a specialized accounting package for a particular industry you know well – then this is where you want to be. Of course, the Development Partner level also includes a seat of our in-depth Developer Training class – and higher commissions too, up to 50% on xTuple products and services, and 70% on sales of any xTuple extensions you sell in our online marketplace, the xTuple xChange.

Gold Solution Provider

The premium level of the partner program is for the established company who's interested in providing xTuple ERP as SaaS (software as a service), and/or intends to close more than $200,000 in gross sales to xTuple each year (not that hard!) Gold partners can provide additional managed services along with their hosted xTuple service, and make up to 55% commissions (80% on xChange sales of your extensions). If you're serious about growing a new stream of xTuple business, a Gold partnership is a no-brainer.
