10.12.2. Configure Backup

If your site is registered to receive remote, nightly backups of the data stored on your server, you will need to identify the default Account name to be used during backups. To configure your system for remote server backup, select the "Configure Backups" option. The following screen will appear:

Remote, nightly backups are provided to Customers who have signed a Remote Management Support agreement.

Configure Database Backup

When configuring your system for remote server backup, you are presented with the following options:

Backup Server Account Name

The Account name entered is the user name for your Account on the remote backup server.

To the far right of the screen, the following buttons are available:

CANCEL

Closes the screen, returning you to the application desktop.

SAVE

Saves the specified configuration information, returning you to the application desktop.
