9.9.2. List Budgets

To access the master list of Budgets, select the "Budgets" option. The following screen will appear:

The "Budgets" screen displays information on all existing Budgets, including start date, end date, Budget code, and Budget description.

To the far right of the screen, the following buttons are available:

CLOSE: Closes the screen, returning you to the application desktop.
PRINT: Runs the report associated with this screen.
NEW: Opens screen for creating a new Budget.
EDIT: Enables you to edit highlighted Budget. The edit screen is the same as that for creating a new Budget—except that when editing, the fields will contain Budget information. Double-clicking on a Budget will also bring you to the editing screen.
VIEW: Highlight a Budget and then select this button to reach a read-only view of the "Edit" screen.
COPY: Highlight a Budget and then select this button to reach a screen for copying the Budget's definition.
DELETE: Highlight a Budget and then select this button to remove the Budget from the list.
