8.7.7.� Summarized Taxable Sales

The Summarized Taxable Sales display enables you to determine the amount of sales Tax you have billed over a given period of time. To view a summary of taxable sales, select the "Summarized Taxable Sales" option from the "Displays" menu. The following screen will appear:

Summarized Taxable Sales

When displaying summarized taxable sales, you are presented with the following options:

All Tax Codes: Select to display summarized taxable Sales for all Tax Codes.
Selected: Specify Tax Code whose summarized taxable Sales you want to display.
Start Ship Date: Taxable sales transactions occurring on or after this date will display.
End Ship Date: Taxable sales transactions occurring on or before this date will display.
Summarized Sales: Display lists summarized sales using the specified parameters.

To the far right of the screen, the following buttons are available:

CLOSE: Closes the screen, returning you to the application desktop.
PRINT: Runs the report associated with this screen.
